The Kyiv RMA showed footage of the construction of fortifications in the region
The contractors working on the sites have been fully vetted by law enforcement. The regional military administration assured that SSU, SBI and NABU are monitoring the spending of public funds.
The Kyiv region is increasing the pace of construction of military engineering and technical fortifications and lines of non-explosive barriers. The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, published footage of the construction of fortifications on his Facebook page on Wednesday, May 29.
According to him, the military command determined where and what to build. All work is carried out under their constant coordination.
“The use of public funds for the construction of structures is constantly checked by the SSU, SBI and NABU. Contractors involved in the construction of fortifications were allowed to work only after a thorough check by law enforcement officers,” Kravchenko assured.
In addition, specialists from the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise were involved in the work. They checked all design and estimate documentation, approved it with their expert reports and carry out technical supervision of construction.
