On the evening of August 31, Russian troops again shelled Kharkiv. Four people were injured, including a teenager.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this.
According to the investigation, on August 31 at approximately 22:45, the occupiers launched a missile attack on Kharkiv.
"An enemy missile hit the roadway near a multi-story building in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. A 13-year-old girl and two women, 24 and 20, suffered an acute stress reaction. A 26-year-old man was injured," the report says.
