DIU officially reported the liquidation of a Russian colonel

On the territory of the enemy - in the Moscow region - on the night of September 27th, just retribution befell Russian Colonel, war criminal Alexey Kolomeytsev. The head of the 924th State Center for Unmanned Aviation of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has been eliminated.

The special operation was carried out by guerrillas operating in Russia in cooperation with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. This was reported by sources of OBOZ.UA.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine confirmed the death of the occupier, hinting but not directly admitting their involvement.

Kolomeytsev was responsible for training Russian specialists in the use of UAVs, particularly operators and support personnel for "Shahed" kamikaze drones.

"The resistance movement is scaling up, expanding its activities throughout Russia and beyond, as we warned earlier. Every Russian war criminal, everyone involved in aggression against Ukraine is our target regardless of position, age, gender, and location," said our source.

He promised the continuation of similar operations. "We will destroy everyone with Ukrainian blood on their hands until the Russian regime ends the war and answers for all its crimes," the source stated.

The press service of the DIU added that the 51-year-old colonel was found dead in the city of Kolomna, near Moscow.

The agency reminded that there will be just retribution for every war crime.
