Return of the "overseers" and "puppet figures": How the President’s Office gained control over "Karpatnaftokhim"

The Office of the President of Ukraine gained control over an important asset in a not entirely transparent manner, abusing its power.

This information was confirmed by three sources of "Ukrainian Pravda" who are directly related to the financial sector, top politics, and big business, writes journalist Mykhailo Tkach of "UP".

As part of a new investigation, journalists decided to verify this information and find out how, in the third year of the war, unknown individuals became the de facto managers of large assets linked to the interests of high-ranking officials.

One such example is the enterprise "Karpatnaftokhim", which was taken under control by the Office of the President. This fact is no longer a secret to the Kyiv elite but remains unknown to the general public.
