A Russian missile destroyed the "Epicenter" shopping center in Nikopol
On Wednesday, March 6, Russian invaders hit one of the shopping centers in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA, Serhiy Lysak, published on Telegram a photo of the Epicenter in Nikopol after a fire as a result of Russian shelling.

The State Emergency Service reported that rescuers extinguished the fire for almost six hours; it spread to an area of 4,000 square meters. m.
The head of the public relations department at Epicenter K, Yuliya Chudnovets, wrote on Facebook that Russian shelling destroyed the Epicenter in Nikopol. There was no one in the shopping center at the time of the impact.
“It was one of the largest shopping facilities in the city with an area of more than 5,100 square meters. m, which supplied all nearby settlements with essential goods. It has not stopped functioning since the beginning of the war,” she said.
Chudovets added that this is already the sixth shopping center destroyed by the occupiers.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk RSA, Serhiy Lysak, wrote on Telegram that as a result of the artillery shelling, the fire covered 4 thousand square meters. m store, no one died.
The Russians also attacked Nikopol twice more, including with a kamikaze drone. An elderly woman was injured and a fire broke out in a residential building. Six private houses, three outbuildings, cars and power lines were damaged.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, confirmed that the occupiers hit the shopping center with artillery and a large-scale fire started. He also published photos of the aftermath of the attack.
