At night, the Russians attacked civilian infrastructure in the Vinnytsia region, State Emergency Service soldiers rescued two people at the scene of the attack.

“Two people were rescued and handed over to emergency medical workers, the body of one person was released from the rubble by rescuers. At the scene of the shelling, a State Emergency Service psychologist provides psychological assistance to the victims,” the message says.
