Vladyslav Klyshchar was involved in a corruption scheme at OGHC.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau announced the search for the co-owner of the Czech company Belanto trade s.r.o. Vladyslav Klyshchar, whom NABU and SAPO suspect of involvement in the case of former chairman of the State Property Fund Dmytro Sennychenko. The relevant information was published on NABU’s website and in the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ wanted records, reports «Slovo i Dilo».

«The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is searching for the accused in a criminal case, namely Vladyslav Klyshchar, suspected of committing criminal offenses provided for by Part 2 of Article 255, Part 5 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28 – Part 2 of Article 364, Part 4 of Article 28 – Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine», – the statement reads.

As is known, NABU and SAPO have notified Klyshchar of suspicion in absentia.

Earlier, NABU and SAPO notified former head of the State Property Fund Dmytro Sennychenko in absentia of suspicion in creating and leading a criminal organization. Another 8 people were also suspected. Later, suspicions were updated for them and other figures.

The investigation believes that the ex-head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Sennychenko, and other individuals committed two episodes of criminal activity. The first - corruption at the "Odesa Port Plant" (99.56% of shares belong to the state). According to the investigation, at the beginning of 2020, the chairman of the SPF achieved the election of "loyal" members of the OPP supervisory board, who then approved the appointment of a member of the criminal organization as the plant’s director. As a result of the scheme, the OPP lost more than 600 million UAH from May 2020 to October 2021.

The second episode concerned OGHC. NABU and SAPO found out that in October 2020, the organizer achieved the appointment of a "loyal" acting director of OGHC. Following instructions from "above," he deliberately signed four contracts for the sale of titanium-containing raw materials (ilmenite concentrate) on behalf of the state enterprise with a Czech company controlled by the advisor to the SPFU chairman at reduced prices. This product was then resold at market prices. The investigation established that the ilmenite concentrate was supplied to enterprises in Russia and the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, causing damage to the state of over 111 million UAH.
