The Russian army shells Kharkiv: an explosion is reported

“The occupiers are striking. Residents of Kharkiv and the region, stay in shelters,” wrote Syniehubov.

At the same time, as individual Telegram channels write, an explosion occurred in the city during the shelling.

It is worth adding that as of 10:27, the air raid alert was announced at:

• Kharkiv;
• Sumu;
• Poltava;
• Dnipropetrovsk;
• Donetsk regions.

Before this, the Ukrainian Air Force warned about launches of guided bombs by tactical aviation towards the Kharkiv region. Later, they also warned about the threat of the use of ballistic weapons for the Sumy, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
