In Odesa, a military man was shot dead at night when he came to a neighbor to complain about loud music, local publics report.

“A military man with his brother and his wife came to the guy’s apartment to warn him not to make noise. As a result, this guy fired 4 shots at the military man to death and ran away. They found him only in the morning,” writes a public subscriber.

“I came home from work, heard 1 shot, more music was playing in my front door, and after 2 minutes 3 more shots, then some guy ran out of the front door, went up higher and saw a corpse,” an eyewitness reports.
