Gas production permits were returned to Novynskyi’s companies

The State Service of Geology and Subsoil has resumed nine special permits for the use of subsoil, suspended due to sanctions against the ultimate beneficial owners.

The renewal of these licenses became possible after changes were made to the decision of the National Security and Defence Council on personal sanctions against a number of owners of companies to which these licenses were issued.

In particular, the new edition of one of the paragraphs of the NSDC decision clarifies which specific special permits for subsoil use are canceled in comparison with the previous edition; a number of special permits were not included in this list.

The validity of special permits for a number of companies, the ultimate beneficiaries of which are Vadym Novynskyi and Vadym Yermolaeyv, has been renewed.
