Zelenskyy spoke about Ukraine’s new maritime strategy

“Soon this strategy will be approved by the National Security and Defence Council - its points are now being finalized. We clearly understand that the war has changed the balance of power in our entire Black Sea region, and the Russian fleet will never dominate in this water area again,” the president emphasized.

Zelenskyy noted that when developing a strategy, they consolidate our interests, take into account the new technological capabilities of Ukraine and our new relationships with partners.

"Ukraine will now always be a state that is capable of protecting its own interests at sea, transport arteries and the interests of our allies and partners. I am grateful to all our people who ensure this. The Ukrainian Navy, all involved defense and security structures and defense industry are state and private companies working for Ukrainian power."
