Son of former NSDC deputy secretary Oleh Hladkovskyi is building a villa in Spain - media

According to journalists, after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Hladkovskyi family purchased a plot of land in the elite La Zagaleta settlement in Málaga. Petro Poroshenko and Ihor Kononenko also have estates in the same province.

This is stated in the investigation of the Schemes project.

Mykhailo Hladkovskyi, 28, son of former National Security and Defence Council Deputy Secretary Oleh Hladkovskyi, who is wanted by the NABU, owns a company that is building a villa on the southern coast of Spain.

The construction is being carried out in the elite La Zagaleta settlement in the province of Malaga, where showbiz stars, athletes, businessmen and politicians from all over the world have estates. Journalists note that the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his associates Ihor Kononenko and Oleh Hladkovskyi have villas in this province.

According to the investigation, the land plot was acquired by Gladkovsky Jr.’s company Bilderberg Consulting Financiero back in April 2022. This site is located 15 minutes by car from the estate of Hladkovskyi Sr. Its area is 4,328 square meters, that is, almost half a hectare.

According to the advertisements, the price for a plot of similar size with the design of a villa could cost 2.5 million euros. Another approximately 4.5 million euros will be the price for the construction itself.

Satellite images show that construction work continues on the land plot - a construction crane and the foundation of a future villa can be seen. It will probably be a multi-level mansion. Based on satellite photos, the Schemes suggest that construction work there likely began in June 2022.

The source of the funds could have been a loan to Bilderberg Consulting Financiero from a business related to the Hladkovskyi family. According to the financial report, in 2022, the company received €2 million from the Austrian company Bogdan Holding GmbH. The company is owned by Oleh Hladkovskyi through the Cyprus-based Hesutu Limited and the Virgin Islands-based Teckford Investments Financial Corporation.

"Skhemy contacted Mykhailo and Oleh Hladkovskyi for comments on the origin of the funds for the new Spanish property. They did not respond to the journalists’ calls and messages. The editorial office also sent inquiries to the Bogdan Corporation, of which Oleh Hladkovskyi is the president, and Mykhailo is a co-founder of the Bogdan Automobile Group, which has a stake in the corporation.

What is known about Mykhailo Hladkovskyi

According to journalists, Mykhailo Hladkovskyi is the least public of his family, but he is involved in the family business. He is a co-owner of several companies in Ukraine that are part of his structure or are related to him.
