Kyiv City Council deputy Zubko claims to live in a small rented apartment

Kyiv City Council deputy from the Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Union faction, deputy head of the commission on architecture, urban planning and land relations Yuriy Zubko officially indicated that he lives in a rented small apartment in the capital.

This became known from his declaration for 2023.

The former MP has a stake in the construction company NPF Dneproproekt, which appears in several criminal cases (the editors will write about them soon). The company is on the AMCU blacklist. Previously, Zubko was the manager of the affairs of PJSC HC Kyivmiskbud.

In his latest declarations, the deputy indicated that he has been renting an apartment from Svitlana Shevchuk (67 sq. m) since 2021. Zubko did not indicate the rental price.

In NPF Dniproproekt, the deputy received UAH 1.56 million in dividends and UAH 222 thousand in salary. The official indicated that he had UAH 350 thousand in cash, EUR 52 thousand and USD 65 thousand. Zubko indicated that he lent UAH 6.1 million to his daughter Oleksandra. The deputy indicated that he had Ulysse Nardin and Zenith watches, but did not indicate the value of the property either.
