SSU detained accountant of plant who adjusted strikes on Odesa

The Security Service of Ukraine detained an accountant from one of the Odesa factories, who worked for the Russian FSB, adjusting missile strikes on Odesa.

The SSU reported this on Telegram.

The Security Service has exposed another FSB agent who helped the occupiers prepare a new series of missile and drone attacks on Odesa. The traitor paid special attention to locations where there were checkpoints with armored vehicles and mobile air defense fire groups.

According to the investigation, the Russian special service recruited the accountant of a local plant remotely after noticing her anti-Ukrainian posts on Telegram. Following the FSB’s instructions, the woman moved around the city on public transport, recording on video the locations of Ukrainian fighters.

After each reconnaissance trip, she compiled FSB reports, plotting the data she received on a Google map. However, her activities were promptly exposed by SSU officers, who documented her actions and carried out comprehensive measures to ensure the security of Ukrainian military facilities.

During searches of the detainee’s apartment, law enforcement officers found a mobile phone with evidence of her intelligence activities in favor of Russia, in particular, photo and video recordings of Ukrainian defence positions and correspondence with the FSB.

The offender was detained and informed of suspicion of treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). She is currently in custody without the right to post bail. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The special operation was carried out by SSU officers in the Odesa region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor’s office.
