This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with Ukrainian media, which was broadcast on the "Edyni Novyny" telethon.

"The situation in the Pokrovsk direction is difficult in any case. I am grateful to our soldiers, and before leaving (for the meeting of the Contact Group on the Defence of Ukraine, which took place in Germany, and the Ambrosetti Forum in Italy - ed.) the situation improved within three or four days. We discussed all these details with Syrskyi (Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - ed.) three times, so I don’t want to speak ahead of time now."
