Operation of AFU in the Kursk region: the occupiers launched a counteroffensive

Counteroffensive of the Russian army in the Kursk region.

Data on significant advances by the Russian Federation in the Kursk region continues to arrive.

The Ukrainian military public DeepState reports on the breakthrough of Russian troops into the village of Snagost and publishes footage of an armored column heading to this village from the direction of Korenevo.

American military expert Rob Lee also mentions the fighting in Snagosti and notes that “Russia managed to move armored forces across the Seim River despite Ukrainian strikes on the bridges.”

He also provides a video of a column storming Snagost. It consists of at least 8 tanks and armored vehicles of the 51st Airborne Regiment of the Russian Airborne Forces.

Russian military publics claim that the Russian army has already fully regained control over Snagost, as well as Gordeyev, Vnezapnoye, Byakhovo, 10 Oktyabrya and Viktorovka. In addition, the Russians publish videos of Ukrainian prisoners.

Ukraine has not officially commented on these statements. However, if the information is true, then the Russians have actually unblocked their forces, which were previously trapped in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region between the border and the Seim River. Apparently, the attack was carried out from there (i.e. from the east), as well as from the north - from Korenevo.

Next, as Russian publics suggest, the Russian army will strike Lyubimovka and Zelenyi Shlyakh in order to cut off Ukrainian troops located in the northern part of the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region – to the east of the village of Korenevo.
