The National Anti-Corruption Bureau is investigating facts of falsification of business trip orders, illegal enrichment, and undeclared expenses by the head of the Sixth Appellate Administrative Court, Olena Kuzmishyna.

This was reported by a source in the anti-corruption bodies.

Detectives are checking information about the sources of income that paid for the head of the appellate court’s luxury vacation at the most expensive hotel in Sicily – San Domenico Palace, Four Seasons Hotel, where the judge paid about 35,000 euros for a ten-day stay.

Olena Kuzmishyna left under the pretext of accompanying her underage daughter on an international business trip from August 27 to September 7, 2024, through the “Luzhanka” checkpoint in Zakarpattia.

As is known, judges and officials do not leave the country during martial law according to the decision of the National Security and Defence Council.
