Shmyhal announced updated reservation for business
The principle of "work or fight" in a country that has undergone a full-scale attack has no alternatives and is critically important for our survival and victory. At the same time, Ukraine is working on updating the "business reservation product" and hopes that the number of reserved conscripted citizens will increase.
During the Yalta European Strategy (YES) meeting in Kyiv, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal discussed issues of economic reservation. He emphasized that it is important for the country to maintain a balance between the military, business, and government.
As the Prime Minister noted, one part of the population is "fighting for future victory," while the other is working, filling the budget, and providing support to the army.
As of September, more than 900,000 Ukrainians have received reservations. "We understand that we can expect an even greater number of reservations in business. But on the condition that the mobilization mathematics is fully adhered to," Shmyhal noted.
"Mobilization today is a priority, it is survival, and Ukrainian business deeply understands this. We understand that maintaining this balance requires certain coordination between the government, business, and the military," he emphasized.
