Due to floods in Poland and the Czech Republic, trains to Ukraine have been canceled
Due to floods in Poland and the Czech Republic, a number of services have been temporarily canceled. This also applies to trains heading to Ukraine.
This was reported by UZ.
"At the moment, both trains from Prague – to Chop and to Przemyśl – are still on Czech territory and won’t be able to make their connecting Ukrainian services", the statement said.
UZ emphasized that they are ready to accommodate passengers with tickets for today’s trains on any similar route over the next 24 hours on any available seats without ticket exchanges.
"As for passengers from Ukraine heading to connections towards Prague, we recommend contacting your Czech or Polish railway operator to check the schedule of the next services. There is a high likelihood that passengers will need to plan an overnight stay in the connecting city," the company warned.
