The top management of a Ukrainian construction holding is involved in activities benefiting the enemy and financing Russia’s armed aggression.

According to the investigation, since the beginning of the full-scale war, an organized group led by the business owner signed six contracts with Russian clients for a total amount of nearly 100 billion rubles.

The contracts pertain to the construction of a ship-repair plant for the technical servicing of the Novorosiysk naval base’s ships and the FSB’s border management.

They have also implemented several projects for the construction of the Moscow metro.

Additionally, according to available data, the figure plans to obtain a contract for the reconstruction of a shipyard for submarines in Saint Petersburg, the aggressor country’s city.

The Russian "branch" of the holding regularly pays billions of rubles into the budget of the aggressor country. To conceal their illegal activities in Russia, the individuals acted through offshore companies. SBU investigators informed the owner of the construction holding of the suspicion under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 28, Part 4 of Article 111-1 (organization of economic activities in collaboration with the aggressor state, committed by an organized group), Part 1 of Article 111-2 (assistance to the aggressor state); the director of one of the enterprises and the chief accountant of the Russian branch were informed under Part 2 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 28, Part 4 of Article 111-1 (organization of economic activities in collaboration with the aggressor state, committed by an organized group).
