Zelenskyy: Several of the largest component-exporting countries for drones are imposing export restrictions

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters on September 16, where four main issues were discussed.

He reported this in Telegram.

The President listened to a summary of the situation at the front, as well as detailed reports from representatives of two intelligence services – the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine – on the plans of the Russian occupiers and the state of affairs in their ranks. Intelligence officers noted a significant deterioration in discipline within Russian units.

In addition, during the meeting, the current state of engineering protection at critical infrastructure facilities and the timelines for completing work were discussed.

“The third issue – combat training centers. I received a report from the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Defence Ihor Voronchenko. Instructions have been given to the General Staff regarding the compilation of a list of measures to improve the activities of the centers. The state must ensure quality training for those who defend it,” said Zelenskyy.

Another important issue discussed was drones. Zelenskyy said that some of the largest countries exporting drone components are introducing export restrictions.

“We know how to solve it so that these restrictions do not become critical for us,” added the President.
