In Volyn, TRC and police officers forcibly detained a 22-year-old student who is not subject to mobilization, according to local media reports.

The young man reported that he was "pinned down," with a knee pressed to his throat, back, and head, so he could neither breathe nor speak, and then they handcuffed him.

The police claim that the young man "categorically" refused to show documents, tried to escape, and displayed aggression.

He was cited for disobedience to the police. The young man filed a complaint with the State Bureau of Investigation.
