On the night of September 19th, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv for the second time. Strikes have been recorded in the city. Data on casualties is being clarified.

This information was reported by Kharkiv’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov.

The mayor noted that Russian troops struck Kharkiv with three CABs. Strikes have been recorded in the city.

«One of the strikes was recorded between a school and a kindergarten in the Industrial district. Other locations of enemy CAB hits are being clarified», – noted Terekhov.
