In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a group of people beat up a soldier: one of the attackers turned out to be a deputy

In Pershotravensk, Dnipropetrovsk region, a group of individuals attacked a serviceman. According to law enforcement officers, a local deputy was among the attackers.

The incident occurred on August 14 near a supermarket on Nezalezhnosti Street in Pershotravensk. This was reported by the main department of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

A group of individuals attacked a 24-year-old man, inflicting bodily injuries on him. The victim was a serviceman.

It was established that among the attackers was a confirmed deputy of the Pershotravensk City Council.

Regarding this fact, investigators from police department No. 3 of Synelnykove RUP are investigating a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism committed by a group of individuals). The attackers could face up to five years of restriction of liberty or up to four years of imprisonment.

The police do not disclose the deputy’s name, but the regional publication "Dnipro Operative," citing its own sources, reports that it concerns Roman Kyselyov, known by the nickname "Kopilka."

It is noted that the man already has several criminal records and allegedly "enjoys authority among local criminal elements." As of the publication of the material, Kiselov did not comment on the potential connection to the beating of the serviceman.

In his social networks, Roman Kyselyov states that he is a public figure, philanthropist, businessman, as well as the president of the sports center "Tyson" and the president of FC "Legion." He is also one of the owners of a private enterprise "SOYUZ — 456," which provides transportation services.
