NABU and SAPO informed about a new suspicion in the case of the former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU)

NABU and SAPO informed the co-owner of one of the Czech companies of suspicion of involvement in a criminal organization, which, according to the investigation, was headed by the former head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Sennychenko.

This was reported by the press services of the relevant authorities.

According to the information, the matter concerns the co-owner of the Czech company Belanto trade s.r.o., Vladyslav Klishar.

«Under the procedural guidance of the SAPO prosecutor, NABU detectives informed another member of the criminal group, which operated under the leadership of the former head of the State Property Fund, namely the co-owner of the Czech company, to which PJSC «United Mining and Chemical Company» sold ilmenite concentrate at reduced prices», – the prosecutor’s office reported.

NABU added that, in addition, the investigation updated the suspicions regarding other figures in the case. Thus, these individuals are additionally suspected of laundering proceeds obtained through criminal means, amounting to more than 95 million UAH.
