Russians attacked Kherson and the region: there are dead and injured

Russian troops continued to attack Kherson on September 20. The village of Blahovishchenske came under enemy fire at night, and in the morning the occupiers struck Tomyna Balka and Kindiyka, later attacking Kherson as well.

Among civilians, there are injured people, residential houses are destroyed, and one man was killed by the occupiers.

Blahovishchenske of Kherson community was attacked by the occupiers in the middle of the night. A 35-year-old man who was in the yard of his own house was injured there.

"He has an explosive injury and a concussion. Doctors provided the necessary medical assistance on-site," noted the Kherson RMA.

Already in the afternoon, after 2 p.m., it became known about another injured person in this settlement.

"Another injured person due to the enemy shelling of Blahovishchenske has turned to doctors. The 70-year-old man has a mine-explosive injury, a wound to his right eye. He is currently undergoing further examination," said the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko here.

In the morning, the Russians shelled Tomyna Balka in the Bilozerka community with artillery.

"The enemy shelled residential buildings, damaging at least three houses. Fortunately, there are no casualties among the local residents", noted the Kherson RMA here, showing the consequences of the enemy shelling in photos.

Later it became known that Kindiyka (part of the Antonivka settlement council) was attacked by the occupiers using UAVs.

As a result of the drone’s explosive drop, two men aged 62 and 64 sustained explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds to their legs.

Both injured were taken to the hospital for medical assistance, according to Kherson RMA here.

Around 10:30 a.m., the occupiers attacked a car in Kherson with a drone.

"As a result of the explosive drop, a 60-year-old man sustained explosive trauma and multiple shrapnel wounds to the head, torso, arms, and legs. The injured man was taken to the hospital in a moderate condition," noted the Kherson RMA here.

Later, it became known about a casualty of the Russian strikes on Kherson.

"The Russian troops ended the life of another resident of Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, a 27-year-old man who was on the street at the time of the shelling sustained injuries incompatible with life. My condolences to the family of the deceased," wrote the head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin, at 12:06 here.
