Armed Forces of the Russian Federation dropped an aerial bomb on Sumy: it did not explode

The enemy aerial bomb was found near the Ivan Kharytonenko automobile bridge in Sumy. Explosive experts and other relevant services were called to the scene.

Later, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that the threat of an explosion from the Russian aerial bomb, which did not detonate upon impact, was eliminated thanks to the prompt work of SES explosive experts and the police.

Local authorities warned that traffic and pedestrian movement on the Ivan Kharytonenko bridge in the direction of Heroes of Kruty - Troitska was temporarily suspended. As of 8:00 AM, it is known that traffic in Sumy has been restored.
