The information about the suspension of booking is not accurate: details from the Cabinet

Some information appeared in certain Telegram channels claiming that the Cabinet of Ministers had allegedly suspended the reservation of employees until November 15.

This information is not accurate.

According to the decision made at the Cabinet of Ministers meeting, there is an "extension until November 15, 2024, of the suspension of the provisions of the Criteria and procedure by which the determination of enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period, as well as critically important for meeting the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations in a special period, is carried out, as approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023, No. 76, regarding the powers of central executive bodies (except for ministries), other state bodies, regional and Kyiv city state administration (military administrations) to designate enterprises, institutions, organizations as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period."

Thus, it refers specifically to the frameworks by which the criteria for assigning enterprises the status of critical infrastructure are determined. Those companies that had the right to reserve as of today can still reserve their conscripted employees.
