"Police captain" blown up in occupied Luhansk region

On 2 September, as a result of the detonation of an explosive device, the "temporarily acting deputy head of the Department of Police and Internal Affairs of the Svatovsky District Police Department of Russia", the so-called police captain Yevhen Usenko, was killed.

This information was provided by the fake “Ministry of Internal Affairs for the LPR”.

During the liquidation, Usenko was performing his official duties.

From 2009 to 2014, he studied at the Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Faculty of Law. He joined the service of the occupiers in 2017.
