In the Kharkiv direction of the front, assault groups of occupiers from the 79th motorized rifle regiment of the 18th motorized rifle division of the Russian army refused to carry out assigned tasks. The command planned to resume assault operations.

This became known from the report of the JFO "Kharkiv" on the situation in the operational zone as of 10:00 on September 9. It is indicated that the invaders continue to exert pressure on all active sections of the front, but are not successful - the Defence Forces are holding their positions.

According to the military, the occupiers in Vovchansk used buggies and cars to transport personnel to the city. The defense forces launched a fire strike, the enemy suffered losses, its movement was stopped, and the enemy dispersed.

In addition, in the area of the settlement of Tykhe, the enemy is forming assault groups in order to prepare for active operations.
