In Odesa, judge Fedchyshena did not declare the cost of the rented apartment

The judge of the Primorsky District Court of Odesa, Tetyana Fedchyshena, against whom disciplinary proceedings have been opened, indicated unreliable data in her own declaration for 2023.

This was learned by the media after analyzing her tax report.

Fedchishena worked in Vinnytsia. In April 2017, she applied to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine to be admitted to the competition for a position in the local court. She successfully passed the competition. In 2019, she resigned from the position of assistant judge of the regional appellate court, which was liquidated. After that, Fedchyshena was transferred to the newly created Vinnytsia Appellate Court. In August 2019, the commission approved her candidacy, and the president appointed her to the position in the Prymorskyi District Court the following year.

Together with her husband, Kostyantyn Fedchyshen, they declared an apartment with an area of 36.7 sq.m in Vinnytsia, purchased in October 2015. The judge indicated the cost of the property at 197.5 thousand hryvnias.

They also declared another apartment with an area of 34 sq.m in use, which belongs to Dmytro Fedchyshen (possibly the couple’s son).

In addition, the judge’s husband indicated that since 2006 he has owned a house in Tomashpil with an area of 65.2 sq.m. The cost of the property was not indicated.

Also, in 2018, he purchased an apartment with an area of 49.9 sq.m in Vinnytsia at a reduced cost — 50 thousand hryvnias. The couple also indicated a garage in use but did not indicate any cars.

Most importantly, since 2020, judge Fedchyshena has rented an apartment with an area of 55.3 sq.m in Odesa from Lina Bondarenko. At the same time, the declarant indicated in the "expenses" column that the rental amount was unknown to her.

Fedchyshena herself received 1.2 million hryvnias in the position of judge. Her husband decided not to indicate his job and salary. More precisely, the judge did not indicate his income in the tax report, as he resigned from the prosecutor’s office on June 14, 2022.
