State Security Administration ordered Volkswagen minivans for 4.2 million hryvnias, - Prozorro

The State Security Administration of Ukraine on September 26, based on the results of a tender, ordered passenger cars from LLC "Avtomobilnyi Dim Atlant" for 29.12 million UAH.

This was reported in the "Prozorro" system.

This year, seven specialized vehicles based on the all-wheel-drive black metallic 2024 Volkswagen Multivan with automatic transmission will be delivered at UAH 4.16 million each. They are designed to transport seven employees with weapons and personal protection, including the driver, and are equipped with special equipment, detailed below.

The vehicles have various safety systems, airbags for the driver and front passenger, a rear view camera with display output, electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, heated windshield, climate control, and additional water and liquid heaters.

Additionally, winter tires, crossbars, tinted salon windows, a flashlight, cable, first aid kit, floor mats, compressor, engine protection, radiator mesh, protective film, and gloves are provided. The vehicles will be equipped with a signal-amplifying device, two LED beacons under the windshield, and eight LED lights in the rear and front of the body as special equipment.

Currently, AUTO.RIA sells a new all-wheel-drive Volkswagen Multivan 2.0 TDI DSG (199 hp) 4Motion Alpen in deep black with automatic transmission for $88,646, or UAH 3.67 million. However, this vehicle lacks additional and special equipment.

The company received the order without competition because no one else participated in the open auction.

Kyiv’s "Avtomobilnyi Dim Atlant" is registered to a Cypriot company "Hoiru Holdings Limited," with the final beneficiary being a citizen of Kazakhstan, Pavel Nyemitov. According to the analytical system "YouControl", until 2022, it was named "Avtomobilnyi Dim Atlant-M." Earlier, until 2021, it was owned by the Cypriot company "Kuruma Holdings Limited" and a Russian citizen Sergey Savitsky. The company’s director is Petro Metelskіy.

Overall, since the end of 2017, the firm has received state orders totaling UAH 121.63 million.
