Boholyubov has been declared internationally wanted

The Ukrainian businessman and president of the Dnipro Jewish community, Hennadiy Boholyubov, has been declared internationally wanted according to a resolution by an investigator from the Office of the Prosecutor General.

This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office in response to a request published by the portal "Access to Truth".

Boholyubov is suspected of crimes under Articles 357, 27, and 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The Prosecutor General’s Office is preparing to send a request to competent foreign authorities for his extradition to Ukraine.

"The materials of the pre-trial investigation with suspicion of B. committing criminal offenses under Part 3 of Article 357, Part 3 of Article 27, and Part 2 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been allocated into criminal proceedings No. 62024000000001046 by the prosecutor’s resolution dated 22.11.2024 from the materials of the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings No. 62022000000000619 dated 17.08.2022.

By the investigator’s resolution dated 10.07.2024, the suspect B. was declared internationally wanted. Currently, the issue of preparing and sending a request to competent foreign authorities regarding the extradition of B is being resolved," the OGP reported.
