The murder of the head of Olenivka colony: new details have emerged

New information has emerged about the elimination of the former head of the Olenivka colony, Sergey Yevsyukov, in occupied Donetsk, who was involved in the torture and mass killings of prisoners of war. The assassins studied his habits before making their move.

This was reported by a Russian pro-Kremlin resource.

An explosive device was placed under Yevsyukov’s Land Cruiser. However, it was activated not at the moment the engine was started, but as soon as the target approached the vehicle, claim Russian propagandists.

"The explosive device was activated when Yevsyukov approached his Land Cruiser because they knew about his habit of inspecting the vehicle before getting in. They had been monitoring him for 6 months," the Russian resource wrote.

It claims that the operation was allegedly carried out by local patriotically inclined residents of Donetsk. "They installed the explosive at night, activated it with a special remote control, and then set it off using a call from a mobile phone," specified Russian media.

As a result of the explosion, Yevsyukov sustained injuries incompatible with life and died on the spot. His wife was also seriously injured — she lost a leg and is in the hospital in critical condition. Yevsyukov’s wife also worked for the aggressor, being an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ’DNR’ and directly participating in the occupation.
