The occupiers have devised a new trick in the TOT of Ukraine for conscription into the war
Russian occupiers continue to recruit residents of temporarily occupied territories for the war against Ukraine. This time, the enemy has employed a new method of mobilization, specifically offering individuals the cancellation of their bank debts by Russian military personnel.
This was reported by the National Resistance Center on Telegram. They noted that even under such pretexts, there are very few willing to fight on behalf of the Russian Federation.
"The occupiers have resorted to new methods of mobilization: they offer to write off the debts of bank debtors in exchange for a contract with the Russian army. To fulfill the mobilization plan in the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are calling debtors and their relatives, promising to forgive loans if any of them agrees to serve," the message states.
The National Resistance Center noted that the Kremlin has always used the poverty it creates to recruit people for war and emphasized that coercion to participate in a war against one’s country is a crime against international law. All those involved in such actions will be held accountable.
